WORLDWIDE RESPONSIBLE ACCREDITED PRODUCTION (WRAP)
Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) is an independent, global non-profit organization dedicated to the certification of facilities engaged in lawful, humane and ethical production. WRAP was established in 2000 by a group of representatives of various governments, trade associations, retailers, manufacturers, suppliers, trade unions and NGOs. Currently, the headquarters is located in Arlington, Virginia, with WRAP representative offices in Hong Kong and Bangladesh as well as representatives in India.
WRAP now offers several renowned certification and training programs, including the IRCA Accreditation and Social System Foundation and the Internal Auditor Training Course.
WRAP and Tradegood
WRAP has become a close partner with Tradegood since 2012. Mr. Avedis Seferian, President and CEO of WRAP, has been guest speaker at several major Tradegood events presenting the WRAP principles and compliance landscape to Tradegood members.
