On December 18, the second TGU workshop this month was a meeting with Tradegood members at the Crowne Plaza Ningbo when it delivered a detailed training experience in international trade.
On this occasion, a specialist from the Tradegood buyer development team presented on improving conversation skills with buyers during the business-matching process in order to help suppliers probe for and take on board critical information at the first meeting with the customer. In addition, the Assistant Manager of Tradegood Marketing, Ms Connie Ni, introduced the new online tool: Tradegood Supply Manager, instructing suppliers in how to develop corporate marketing-promotion materials and to attract the buyer’s attention on-line! In the course of its rapid development over the last three years, Tradegood has contributed to many cases where buyers were successfully matched with suppliers. The Tradegood Customer Service Representative then shared some of these success stories with the supplier members, which greatly increased their confidence in trade cooperation with international buyers in the future.
