Today, China has become an emerging market that many international fashion brands want to break into. As a bridge between responsible buyers and credible suppliers, Tradegood is committed to providing members with the latest and most accurate market information.
In continuing this work, the latest Tradegood Shanghai Buyer Summit was held successfully at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center on June 18 and 19, in partnership with the Second Shanghai International Jeans Wear Expo and the Third Shanghai International Occupational Uniform Exhibition. With this new move to the exhibition center, the Tradegood Shanghai Buyer Summit has achieved unprecedented success. The new formats and multiple events attracted many well-known international buyers and suppliers. As a result, more than 80 business-matching opportunities were created on this occasion. Meanwhile, buyers and suppliers could also visit the many different exhibitors, which led to even more business opportunities and inspiration!
The two-day summit was dedicated to the theme of “Garments, Jeans Wear and Fabrics”. Mr. Gavin Hong, Director at the Tradegood Supply Chain Analysis Center, delivered an introduction on all attending buyers and outlined their sourcing requirements in order to help suppliers better prepare for the business-matching session. And we were then privileged to invite Ms. Michelle Chang, Design Director of Tradegood, to share her ‘Latest Insights in Fashion Trends’. As a professional designer, Michelle delivered a speech on the latest fashion information as regards fabrics, prints, dresses, pants and so on. Michelle also brought samples of all kinds of the latest garments to the show. The touchable clothing samples attracted the attention of all the guests.
In the afternoon, Mr. David Ho, General Manager of Tradegood, shared his ‘Introduction to the Supply Chain Innovation Solutions Provided by Tradegood’. His fascinating remarks clearly demonstrated to his audience that Tradegood will be continuously updating its services and market resources to better help suppliers in the international market.
At the same time, the summit also featured The Photo Studio, during which an international model and a professional photographer worked together to shoot the most appealing product photos for supplier members. We believe that, through the use of our Photo Studio, more and more suppliers can be presented to the global market and thus generate the interest of international buyers.
The second day of the summit continued with the business-matching sessions. The intense discussions between buyers and suppliers on their products generated more successful business opportunities. And in addition to attracting buyers and suppliers, the two-day summit also featured a lucky draw to attract more people to take part and let them know more about Tradegood.
On this occasion the Shanghai buyer summit was held in a whole new way. According to our WeChat questionnaire survey data, the event generated consistent high praise.Tradegood business-matching services have given rise to many successful trade cases and have eased the sourcing-procedure workload for many international buyer members. The Tradegood Buyer Summit intends to sustain this performance and continue to support and maintain this transparent and responsible community that buyers and suppliers can really trust.
